Hello all, I have made some changes to 2 workflows and the attachments for the emails. I can run a workflow once and it’s fine then if I run it again, it breaks and my data is blank. 

 

Has this happened to anyone? Thanks!

@Jynguyen it honestly could be a number of things that may be happening, but it is dependent on how your workflow is structured. If you are creating an Excel output first, then attaching it to the Email to send out, it could be an issue with your Configuration settings in your Output tool not overwriting the sheet (one use case).

 

It could be that you are using a DateTimeNow() function to create a file name. But. when the Email tool is trying to retrieve the file, it can't because the file does not exist in the directory its trying to retrieve it from (a second use case).

 

If you could share the workflow you are operating from, we'll see where and how it is breaking. :)
